A'Mosi Just a Label

A’mosi Just a Label is a bazomba musician from Angola.

He came onto the scene with his Ep 'Oops!' released in July 2014 under his independent label Konono Soul Music. It is a work that brings together nine tracks, three of them bonuses unwanted by the artist but manufactured in the impression of the work.

He’s now created Konono Soul, a sound that combines from the traditional Zombo or Bazombo to sounds popularly known worldwide. It's a new age music with very own characteristics. It is still a way of writing poems and texts based on human intuition, emphasizing the general good of nature. Konono Soul, is derived from the Bazombo (Konono), a particular music genre of this sub-ethnic group belonging to the Bakongo ethnic group, located in the northern Angola between Damba and Maquela Ma Zombo. It is also the title of his album to be launched this year.

He considers himself to be ordinary and heir to nature like everyone else, he takes advantage of the universal artistic heritage he has found to express himself under the idea of ​​unity, thus evidencing the human race that we are. He tries to help himself and the people to naturally understand and respect life, enjoy freedom, liberalism, to celebrating life and live eternal happiness starting with reflection and intuitive positive actions on life within the good ancestral order.
