Cie Zora Snake

Choreographer, performer and dancer, founder of the Compagnie Zora Snake and of the international festival MODAPERF (Movements, Dances and Performances) in Cameroon, Zora Snake is one of the most promising artists on the contemporary scene in Africa today.

Of Cameroonian origin, descended from the Bamilékés people, coming from the street, urban dance and hip-hop, Zora Snake's artistic career, through his work steeped in the history of his country, transgresses imaginations and leaves its mark on people's minds. Like a travelling snake, Zora Snake's work has been seen on the streets of Cameroon and Africa, as well as on professional and international contemporary stages.
